excellent stay!
convenient location free shuttle etihad coach on-site restaurants
the location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to business bay metro. the free etihad coach to abu dhabi airport was a major convenience. i appreciated the on-site restaurants and the two 24/7 supermarkets next door. a free shuttle bus to jumeirah beach was available, though i didn't personally use it.
i noticed the furniture is somewhat dated.

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! the staff was very attentive and keen to organize a different cooked breakfast every day. it was tasty and tailored to my requirements, which i found excellent. congrats to the staff.

the beautiful one bedroom apartment was spacious and easy to configure. the apartment had a large balcony, offering lovely views of the city. the air conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature. the room size was adequate.

the staff members were very friendly and helpful . farouk was particularly helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. he were great too ensure my family and i were comfortable. his service was excellent.

the location is central and convenient for traveling around the city. it is close to business bay metro station. taxis are readily available, providing further convenience. i found it easy to get around from this location.

Excellent Amenities and Location
convenient location short walk shuttle bus
The location was very convenient. The Business Bay Metro Station was only a short walk away. There are two supermarkets nearby. This made getting water, milk, and bread very easy. Shuttle bus to Jumeirah beach was great.

inconsistent stay due to maintenance and service issues
ac leak hot water
The air conditioning leaked and left the floor wet upon arrival. later, the fridge broke. It ruined my food. it also became difficult to have a bath because the hot water ran out before the tub was full.
